We provide it free of charge, with no subscriptions or hidden costs, so that you can deliver it as a peer to your peers, helping to build a stronger, more supportive community. Half Course: Suicide Awareness, Support & Prevention
This focused 2-hour course teaches you how to recognise when someone might be suicidal, gives you the tools to ask the difficult questions, and guides you on how to help them find safety and support.

In this 2-hour course, you’ll learn to recognise various mental health issues, gain the confidence to engage and support those affected, and connect them with the right resources.
